Dear Customers

Since the store’s services are intangible goods that cannot be canceled or returned, you must read the product description and usage policy, and please check the service provided to you carefully before making the purchase.

Exchange conditions:

The customer has the right to replace the service provided to him before starting the service implementation process.
The customer has the right to replace the service provided to him if the service is not the same as the product description.
Conditions for refunding the amount:

The customer has the right to get the amount back if his service has not been implemented yet.
The customer has the right to get the amount back if the service provided to him is not the same as the product description.
The customer has the right to recover the amount in the event that we are unable to implement the service or there is a malfunction in some systems.
The customer is not entitled to refund the amount if the order status is in progress.
